This recipe couldn’t be simpler or more delicious!
In fact, it is so simple, I wondered if it could even be called a recipe; yet it is just too good not to share.

Fresh Peace Sauce
1 peach per person (this recipe used 4 peaches – adjust amounts accordingly)
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 – 1 teaspoon cinnamon (depending on how much spice you’d like)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Wash and peel the desired number of peaches. Cut peaches into bite-sized chunks and transfer to a glass bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
This is delicious on top of vanilla ice cream (as pictured), in yogurt, in a smoothie, or in oatmeal. This is also wonderful served with milk or cream for a peaches and cream snack or dessert.
